Prerequisites
The following prerequisites must be installed on your system before installing the Genesys Cloud MSI:
For Genesys Cloud Windows Desktop application versions 2.43.829 or later
- .NET Framework 4.8
- Microsoft Visual C++ Redistributable Runtime (version 14.38.33135 or later)
For Genesys Cloud Windows Desktop application versions earlier than 2.43.829
- .NET Framework 4.5.2
- Microsoft Visual C++ Redistributable Runtime (version 14.0.23026.0 or later)
Note: These prerequisites are automatically installed by the EXE installer, but the MSI installer requires them to be pre-installed.
